Anticorrosion Technologies proudly introduces its advanced Helical Conveyor System, engineered with sophisticated variable speed electrical controls to precisely regulate pipe flow rates during the coating and cleaning processes. The system features an intuitive operator’s panel, which allows for individual speed adjustments of distinct conveyor segments (including inbound, outbound, cleaning, and coating lines). Additionally, a master control feature enables proportional speed adjustments across the entire conveyor network. For systems with separate cleaning and coating lines, a dedicated master control for proportional speed adjustment is integrated into the individual operator’s panel for each line, ensuring seamless operation and control.
Anticorrosion Technologies specializes in the custom design of endo or helical conveyors, tailored to meet specific requirements for a variety of coating applications, including fusion bond epoxy, coal tar coating and wrapping, and other specialized processes.
The showcased conveyor systems are constructed with a robust square tubing frame and are equipped with pneumatic components, turning rollers, drive motors, and angle actuator bars for optimal performance and durability.
These conveyors employ a lead-forward propulsion mechanism, supported by a structural steel frame designed for secure bolt interconnection between sections. The turning roller assemblies feature two offset pneumatic tires (with options for solid urethane or rubber) positioned at predetermined centers, with select wheel assemblies powered by electric drives for enhanced control and efficiency.
Anticorrosion Technologies’ conveyor systems are designed to facilitate precise adjustments of turning rolls, ensuring the correct angle and lead per pipe diameter. An electrically actuated angle adjustment bar enables simultaneous and smooth modification of both angle and roller height across the entire conveyor system in a single, streamlined operation.
Our conveyor systems are meticulously manufactured to accommodate a wide range of pipe diameters, from 2 inches to 156 inches, catering to diverse industrial needs with precision and reliability.
