Our Fluid Beds are precision engineered specifically for the fluidization of Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) powder, ensuring uniform powder suspension and consistent application during pipeline coating processes.
Design features include:
- Fluidizing medium: Constructed with a high-quality, porous polyethylene (fluidizing-grade) plate that provides efficient and reliable air distribution for optimal powder fluidization.
- Contaminant protection: All incoming resin is routed through a series of high-strength bar magnets prior to entering the fluid bed. These magnets effectively capture and remove any residual metallic particles that may have bypassed upstream screen separators, safeguarding the powder integrity and preventing defects in the final coating.
This robust design promotes stable fluidization, enhances coating quality, and minimizes contamination risks in high-performance FBE application systems.
