- Heating system: Equipped with a long-flame package burner featuring integrated safety guards to prevent overheating and ensure operational safety.
- Agitation: Heavy-duty agitators with sweep-type blades maintain uniform mixing and suspension of the enamel material, preventing settling and ensuring consistent viscosity.
- Access and loading: Includes inspection covers, a dedicated loading chute, as well as integrated piping and valves for seamless operation and maintenance.
- Truck-to-tank transfer system: Features a dedicated hot enamel delivery pump assembly, complete with preheating system, gearbox, electric motor, filter system, and centralized operator control station for safe and efficient material transfer.
For enhanced mobility in line-travel coating operations, these kettles are also available with optional track-mounted configurations and mobile heating burners, enabling flexible deployment along the pipeline right-of-way.
