The system incorporates a long-flame package burner for precise heating, equipped with integrated safety mechanisms to prevent overheating. The burner assembly features a dual fire tube design that extends the full length of the tank, looping back to the burner end before exhausting through a controlled damper system, ensuring optimal thermal efficiency.

To maintain the integrity and uniformity of the enamel materials, the tank is fitted with high-performance agitators featuring dual mixer blades for consistent mixing and suspension. The system is further enhanced with essential infrastructure, including service catwalks, inspection covers, as well as comprehensive piping and valve assemblies. Thermal insulation is provided by a 4-inch layer of rock wool, encased in a durable aluminum exterior for maximum heat retention and protection.

The hot enamel delivery and transfer process is streamlined with a dedicated system comprising a hot enamel pump, preheating apparatus, gearbox, electric motor, filtration unit, and a centralized operator control station, ensuring seamless and efficient operation.
