Our furnaces are engineered to effectively heat pipes ranging from 2 inches to 60 inches in diameter. Designed for ease of installation, the units require only gas and electrical connections to be operational. Each furnace comes with pre-installed piping and wiring for added convenience. The unit is mounted on a skid to facilitate precise placement and mobility.
The burners are uniquely designed to maximize thermal efficiency, ensuring optimal performance. Individual controls for each burner allow for uninterrupted operation, even in the event of a single burner failure. The integrated control system is equipped with a temperature controller, a high-limit safety feature, a starter, and a disconnect switch, providing comprehensive operational management and safety.
